About Jhalana Safari, Jaipur
The Jhalana Safari Park, located in Jaipur City, Rajasthan, is India's first leopard reserve. Spanning 23 sq km amidst the Aravalli hills, it houses 30-35 leopards, along with spotted deer, blue bulls, wild boars, and migratory birds. Formerly a hunting ground for royals, it now offers a thrilling safari experience within Jaipur city. The expansive 20 sq km conservatory is also home to a diverse range of indigenous wildlife, including Striped Hyenas, Desert Foxes, Golden Jackals, and more. Birdwatchers will be delighted by the variety of bird species, such as Indian Pittas, Dusky Eagles, and Spotted Owlets, found in the Jhalana Safari Leopard Conservatory.
